My dog was very nervous going in. Her clip is beautiful and she smells terrific. When I picked her up from her appointment, she was so at home and loving the staff. Gone was the nervous pup that I had dropped off. I will be taking her here from now on. Her next appointment is already scheduled.
I love love love taking Rufus to see Jade and Chelsea! Jade has been so kind and welcoming and lets me know how he really does back there. At the beginning Rufus was so anxious, and still is when he enters, but she does such a good job getting him to relax that he even jumps up on the table with a smile ready to go! The environment is very friendly and welcoming and my favorite groomer by far! Good job. 🙂
The young lady that groomed my dog was very good and went the extra mile to make sure my girl was well taken care of. She did a excellent job and I will ask for her again.
Kayla was incredible. She made my dog feel very comfortable and took great care of her. I will absolutely recommend and request her services again.
After a not so pleasant visit, elsewhere, we took our dog to Petco. Samuel was her groomer. He did a great job and showed Daisy care and made her feel comfortable. Now when she goes, she doesn't balk. Thank you Samuel!!!!
Our first experience was FANTASTIC! Didn’t know who to schedule so I picked next available and I’m so pleased with groomer, Jade. She will definitely be Mango’s new groomer 🙂
They did a good job with his bath but refused to trim around his eyes. I have a GoldenDoodle so his grooming is very important. this location has been cancelling our appointments on a regular basis. I think they are understaffed and this has caused them to call me day of or day before to cancel my grooming appointment which is very frustrating. I have a golden doodle so keeping up with his grooming is crucial. They need to hire more help I can tell their groomers are struggling.. Jade does an amazing job! A year ago they were doing great but the last few months the orchards location has been very disappointing.
