Petco Grooming

I have been using the original vital care program with PetCo for about 4 years now to get unlimited nail trims and teeth brushing and it’s been perfect for what I need. The staff there know my dog and treat him really well. The reason I’m posting now is due to the adorable surprise I got after leaving this last time. They took a holiday photo during his routine service and sent it to me!

Sam always take care of our pups. Two German shepherds can be chaotic!!! We love bringing them here. Thank you so much, we all love you so very much!

We absolutely love Sam who grooms our little Goldendoodle, "Clyde." Clyde is a very anxious little dog and she so good with him. She listens to what we want and does an incredible job! Thank you Sam!

Toni did a great job. She Aldo trimmed his nails hood. Sometimes they are still too long when bringing him home. Thank you, Toni. We will use you again

Get your dog washed here only. They don’t know how to cut dog’s hair - they only know how to shave bald. It’s especially annoying that I had to pay an extra $15 to have them keep his hair longer and they still shaved him —- he even has patches where I can see skin. Who is training these people? Also, why are you detailing his genitals - I have never gotten my dog groomed where he comes back looking like he’s had a Brazilian. Honestly, I had a bad feeling from the start. I should’ve stopped her and taken my dog back from the beginning when I saw her immediately start shaving him first instead of bathing him first which is what You’re Supposed To Do — it cost $155 and all she had to offer was "it’ll grow out"

Jackie is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for our dog. Not only does she do a fantastic job with grooming, but she also makes sure our pup feels safe, comfortable, and loved throughout the entire experience. Every time we mention that we’re going to see Jackie, our dog gets visibly excited—it’s the sweetest thing! Jackie has also made a huge difference in our dog’s socialization. She’s helped her overcome fears around bath time and nail trims, which was a concern of ours due to our pups breed. Now, our dog is calm and confident during grooming, and we owe that to Jackie’s patience, skill, and genuine care. The entire team at the grooming department is incredible. Everyone we’ve interacted with at the front desk is friendly, welcoming, and always greets us with big smiles. You can truly tell that everyone there is passionate about what they do and absolutely loves dogs. As a pet owner, it means the world to see our dog getting such exceptional care. We’re so grateful to have found this amazing team and wouldn’t take our pup anywhere else!

Jakki is amazing. I love the work she does and my anxious doodle loves her too. Always a great groom, with the cutest bows!!!
