My dogs have been groomed here for 11 years. They’re always excited to come and have a spa treatment. We have had excellent service! Try it!

The haircut was sub par and looks very uneven. I've been to other pet smarts and it was never this bad. It took them 5 hours from drop off to the time they called us so my dog was very ready to leave or I would have had them fix all the unevenness and spots they had neglected to trim. overall I won't be going back considering the quality and time it took. Very unhappy I had to leave my dog here for 5 hours to have a haircut that will likely need to be redone.

We are always pleased with our dogs grooming. Hailey does an AWESOME job with our dog and we highly recommend booking her.

This store has been hit and miss. I have had an employee tell me koi fish don't belong in a pond and then a month and a half or so later they refused sales a half hour before they closed on feeder fish and crickets saying they were short staffed? They had 5 emoyees that night, verified by the store manager. We called both times talking to two different employees who said they were the store manager and neither time did it get dealt with. We finally called corporate and about 30 minutes later the ACTUAL store manager called us back. We went into the store later because again, I needed feeders and the manager took care of us not only for that day but he went above and beyond to make up for the past mistakes of his employees.

Great experience. Had new groomer today, brittany I think is her name. Did an excellent job. Been coming to these groomers for several years, very happy with them

Torrey always does a great job with my dog Francine. I appreciate it and their other staff are always polite and friendly.

My dog loves it here. Hates me dropping her off, but as soon as I'm out the door, she's good to the groomers.
