PetSmart Grooming

Very disappointed in grooming salon Service. DID NOT SEE THAT COMING!!!!!! Wow wow wow Waited for this cleaning appointment for my King Shepard pup for a week. Came in and one the girl that he was assigned to, was supper paranoid. Reached out to he’s paw to see and he didn’t like how she was acting so he pulled back. And that was it, I can’t clean him because I’m scared, he’s resistant my touch and I don’t feel comfortable. I mean where is the experience and ability to talk to the pet get his attention, where is your confidence and knowledge how to communicate????? Just turns us down and tells me to go get him some calm weed chowing pill because he’s resisting me. Ugh, it’s a new year clean and we just got shut down….. Its ridiculous and unprofessional unbelievably…… Ughhhh…..😩😩😩 thank you

Never did back toenails of my mom's dog had to take her to vet and have them fix the toenail because it had almost grown into her foot! Even though she is routinely groomed every 4to 6 weeks. And we specifically ask to have the nails trimmed and have been charged extra for the trimmer like 20$ each time.

They spent very little time grooming my dog. When I went to pick her up, she was still wet and shedding. I would be surprised if the added $25 grooming package was even done other than the nails.

The groomers messed up my dog's hair cut and now he looks like he has PTSD. My father did a better damage control job fixing the messed up haircut than the people that gave him the haircut.

I usually go there because everyone else is booked up for months at a time. But then again I won't pay $175+ for a clip and dip. Golden Dog was 2 months out. So I went elsewhere.

Never been here. Told Maps I've never been here. The nag to review keeps showing up for weeks. So I give up, review done🙄.
