PetSmart Grooming

I have three mini Australian Shepherd’s that I have been taking to Petsmart for grooming for the past year. I am happy to report that I have had good luck with all of my visits and all of my dogs. It runs about $90-$110 per dog to be shampooed haircut and brushed out. I have not been able to get the same person every time, but fortunately all of the groomers have been consistent. I cannot book their appointments online. I have to call because I want them all at the same time. So far they’ve been able to accommodate me. Groomers are friendly and helpful.

Employees are super nice and helpful. Just wish the prices were a little lower or they had more clearance items. Great variety for most pets.

Every time we go to this groomer, they mess up. They either cut areas we tell them not to, or they don't clean up areas we tell them to. We appreciate the availability, but they don't seem to learn from their past mistakes. The rates keep going up, but without any ability to correct their errors. After numerous attempts to give them a chance, this might be the last time we use their services.

After years of supporting Petsmart with our cocker spaniel, We had experience today. The groomer Ashley could not cut its hair because of an open sore. I checked it’s coat and it was not true. So I pick our dog up and it was soaking wet. This really bother my wife and I. I asked for a towel and she said they did not have any. We will not be back the way we were treated. Not happy customers

TERRIBLE service. We brought our dog here to get groomed about two weeks ago & today had to take him into the vet for a serious ear infection. The infection was caused by water sitting in his here because he wasn’t dried properly after being groomed, he came home still wet. Don’t bring your dog here to be groomed! Cost $150 only to cost double that at the vet. Will be filing a more formal complaint against this facility.
