They made me pay $105 for my dog and told me they would charge more if he was matted or if they had to use scissors... They finished cutting him an told me that he was matted when I know he wasn't. They said my dog was aggressive because he was a "unfixed" male dog. Which I have never had a groomer have any issues with him. They make your dog feel like a second class citizen.

Would never take my 4-legged child to any other groomer. Shellee is just what her certificate says, a Master Groomer. She will even get down on the floor to greet a dog, if she thinks it will help a jittery pet. Zoro has been going to Quality Pet Services for nearly 6 years, and he will continue as long as I can get him there. We don't live in Vancouver, so that should give you an idea of Shellee's kindness and abilities to be able to draw someone from out of town.

Shelley is the most caring groomer and my dog loves her. She does an amazing job with grooming too. I will never go anywhere else.

Takes good care of our doggy. Does a good job and you can tell she cares for the animals

She took seven hours to groom our doodle. She was not transparent about cost or when she would complete the job as he was "behind several other dogs". Not sure why she had us drop him off in the early morning hours. Shant return.

I have been taking my dog to this pet service for many years and would not consider taking him anywhere else. They are easy to work with, friendly, reasonably priced, but most of all cares/loves about my dog.

We have been taking our dogs there for over 25 years, big or small, they have done them all. Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. Just worry about the day she retires.
