These guys are truly the best. They do both our dogs nail trims and then let us go to the self service dog wash. They bring you everything you need and keep checking on you to make sure you have everything. Its clean clean clean and the dogs are getting better with the bath each time. Great service! They have a great set up to allow me to wash multiple dogs on my own! My pups have long nails and it's been so difficult to cut them. The Totally Mutts team offered to help me out and it has made a huge difference!

Love you guys. Only Totally Mutts can handle Missy Laila Prasad. Laila is scared or noises, electrics grooming tools etc. thank you for sitting us in every time we need to bring Laila in.

First off I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Totally Mutts! My dog sheds soooooooo much, and this super sweet lady cleaned up so much fur after my dog was in that bath! She didn't even complain or seem irritated. She was super helpful and friendly and showed me how to use everything and she was really patient to make sure I understood. It was my guys first bath since I adopted him and he did soooooooo great! I really also appreciated the fairness of the pricing and that she even remembered talking to me on the phone when I came in. I was able to use my own shampoo, but they also had a selection of their own included in the wash. All of the equipment was clean and in excellent condition ❤

We took my Golden Retriever to Totally Mutts to try out their self serve dog wash. It was great! We had our own little gated in area and we were provided with everything we needed. Soap, aprons, towels, wipes, brushes, a large tub and a great dryer. Hazel looks and smells so good now!

I brought my Lab/Golden mix in to give her a much-needed bath. I got a quick overview on where everything was from Lexi (the employee helping me), and she checked with me frequently to see if I had any additional questions. They provided everything needed for bathing including shampoo, conditioner, towels, and ear cleaner wipes. I liked how the bathing tubs had steps going up to the entrance, which was on the long side of the rectangular tub, and how they opened and closed by sliding a part of the tub wall to the side and back. The height was perfect for me so my back didn't hurt as I was bathing my pup. The shampoo is pre-mixed in with the water, the same way a self-serve car-wash works, and that was great because it kept me from over-using shampoo and ensured I was able to get all the soap rinsed off. When I took my pup over to the drying table, I mentioned that she does not like it when I use my hair dryer at home, so Lexi brought over a head covering to protect my dog's ears. That worked great! My dog still didn't love getting dried, but she wasn't anxious about it. This is a great DIY place and I plan to return. I especially appreciated how helpful and friendly Lexi was, in addition to how easy it was to get my pup clean.

Totally Mutts is totally great!! The employees are so friendly, helpful, and kind. My partner and I do the self wash with our pup, a 100 pound Alaskan Malamute. It's definitely a two person job!! The wash stations are great! They are raised up, which is helpful for back support. My dog likes to escape the wash station (she's worked really hard on her stench). The wash station are against a wall, so there is really only jumping out point, which is towards you. Not escaping this bath! There are also 3 points where you can connect a d clip to the washing station. We really appreciate the kindness of Totally Mutts. Especially when you have a howly, awoooo, sensitive pup like us.
