Grooming Tails Of Venice

Down here in Venice for 2 months from MI with my pups who desperately needed a bath. Was able to get in thankfully within a few days with Roxanne. I am SO glad…she was amazing with my dogs. They look and smell fantastic and Roxanne was so sweet and attentive to my dogs. Felt very comfortable leaving them with her and at Grooming Tails. Will definitely return!

I bought my 13 year-old Chihuahua Samara in today. It was her first visit at this facility.. The woman I met when I came in was lovely and we had a talk about her own Chihuahua that she had. I got a call with in about an hour or two that’t Samara was ready. She looked amazing smelled great. The woman who checked me out was very kind very sweet and I think the cost for the services was very fair! It’s my first time there, but it won’t be my last I’ve been looking for a groomer, and I found the right one. Thank you for taking care of my baby today! You deserve the five star rating and review! I would also like to add the big difference I saw was the last groomer I had taken her to when I picked her up. She was quite nervous and agitated, and when I picked her up from here this morning, she was chill as can be so I can see that she enjoyed the experience. Again, thank you so much. You just gained a new client. they even asked if she wanted a little bandanna, that’s definitely going the extra mile!

We have been taking our 12 year old Shih-Tzu to Grooming Tails for several years & they are the best groomer we have had in Venice. They treat our dog well & follow our requests re: the length of cut; putting cotton to prevent water in ears; trimming nails; etc. The owner & staff are friendly & it is usually easy to get an appointment. We like the fact that they offer both full & partial grooming. Grooming staff are well-trained & we have been using Angel who does an excellent job with pur dog.

I have a long haired Idaho Shag who is prone to severe matting when it gets too long. He's also not the nicest guy once he's on the grooming table. Some circumstances I encountered meant he was very overdue for grooming. I was ecstatic to see him upon completion as I wasn't sure they would be successful. He looked great and I know he felt better. My only issue is I'm only in Venice until mid April, and Montana is a bit too far to make the trek. I wholeheartedly recommend Grooming Tails for all your pet needs.

I've been coming to this place for almost two years now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE bringing my Goldendoodle there!! Very friendly people, great atmosphere, they are always very welcoming! And my boy's hair looks great!! Definitely recommend this place to ALL!

They did AMAZING!! I just moved to the area from Dallas, TX a month ago and I wanted my 7 month old Maltipoo to hopefully have her very first full haircut. I know she bounces around so I was nervous about whether or not they would be able to cut her hair or not. PetsMart couldn’t in the past. I was incredibly happy to see my little one with the most adorable haircut when I picked her up! She looks perfect!!!! Smells amazing and so soft and pretty!! I couldn’t be happier!! I have definitely found my grooming salon here!! I’ve posted a before and after for reference.

brought our 5 month old for his first groom. can't say enough about this place and everyone there. they took such good care of Ozzy. Will definitely use again and recommend
