Our dog is very difficult to handle but Bow Wow worked with him and did an amazing job. Washed, cut nails and a beautiful cut. I will always take him there. They are so good with dogs.

Decided to try a new place for our puppy and am so happy we did! His second grooming experience and official cut and he did great! Place is clean, staff are welcoming and engaging but most of all they were great with our puppy!

So upset and disappointed. Horrible at following instructions. I specifically said do not cut anything on the face — I only wanted a sanitary cleanup. For the body, I asked for a light trim, just the tips, to even things out. I love the shaggy look and prefer to keep my Bernedoodle’s coat long. The groomer explained that keeping the coat long would require more frequent visits, which I told her was not an issue for me. She agreed and took him in. At pickup, my puppy had a full buzz cut. His body was extremely short, and his face and head were completely trimmed despite my very clear instructions not to touch them. I had already mentioned I was letting his coat grow out due to a bad experience at another location, which makes this even more frustrating. She said my puppy did great and had no issues — but that doesn’t explain why my instructions were completely ignored. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

This is the only groomer I trust my babygirl Horchata! 🥰 she always comes out so happy and clean! They do such an amazing job and they also do such a good dye job on her 💚 They have a customer for life 🫶

We absolutely LOVE Bow Wow Grooming! Our babies have been going every 6 weeks (we have 4 dogs) for the last 2-3 years and we are always so happy and recommend them to everyone we know! We have 3 doodles and if you know anything about doodles, they require a lot of maintenance and having an amazing, reliable groomer is worth so so much! We also have a differently-abled Great Dane that needs help walking and they groom him too which is so amazing because Great Dane's are huge and having people you trust to care and groom him is so great! We fully recommend them and love their staff!

I took our Wheaton Terrier to Summer for her first cut since we adopted her 6 weeks ago. She was full of mats with her super soft coat not being properly brushed for who knows how long. Summer was understanding and helpful. She did a wonderful job with what she was working with and we now have a mat free clean and happy pup! The cost of the cut was really reasonable and included a shampoo, dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and extra attention to her paws (which needed to be cleaned between the toes). Summer also educated me about local hazards like goat heads and fleas. We are new to the region so all of the tips were greatly appreciated. I’ll be taking our girl to Summer for all of her grooming from here on! Thanks Fancy Fur!

Bow wow grooming is great. We love Sierah! We followed her here from her last spot and she is just amazing. Our pup loves her so much & we always feel comfortable dropping him off with her. He always comes back so happy with the cutest, freshest & best cuts!!
