Ariel is the best groomer ever! The last three years we have only gone to her. When our pup comes in for his appointment, his excitement is wild! She always listens and makes him look handsome. Today she even sent him home with a personalized card with a picture in it. Always happy to go in to see her!
If I could give 0 starts I would!!!!! I took my golden doodle for bath and grooming I paid $127 plus tip and my poor dog’s hair looks so choppy and has bald spots on his chest!! I had brushed his hair the night before and the groomer said there was lot of matting on that area😭 Never again will I bring my furbaby here! The last time I brought him for a bath he was still wet when I picked him up! Luckily that time I only had them clean up around his eyes and paws. This is him before and after!😞
This place really sucks. The groomer is super unprofessional. When my boyfriend send my cat back, it was completely wet. The staff said they could not dry my cat because it did not cooperate, but all the stores he had been to said he was very well behaved. They did not have the professional skills to calm the cat down and blamed everything on the cat. It was a ridiculous experience. I paid a hundred dollar and I have to dry the cat myself at home.
