Really happy with our first puppy grooming! Booked online and met with the owners. They explained that they take their time and don’t force the pups into a situation that they don’t want which I appreciate. We dropped him off and came back to a smiley pup with a sharp new haircut. Very friendly owners and a nice price. They also offer a Tuesday tidy up special that will be a good way to keep things clean in between full cuts.

This business is very professional and welcoming. The staff here are excellent and treat you as if you were their own family. I been bringing my pet here for a year now and I always have a great experience when I visit. They have the best reasonable prices in Ventura County. I would definitely recommend you to bring your pet here for their grooming services. The pet stop grooming establishment in Ventura is the best 😊

It’s so hard to find a good groomer in Ventura, we came into The Pet Stop and we are so happy we did. We have 2 shitz and a golden doodle they are not easy dogs by any means. And it makes me really scared to leave my dogs, as I know my dogs are hard to work on. Francine and Jake both texted me every 30 minutes with updates and videos of them in the tub which is what my biggest concern was. 2 hours later all 3 of my babies were ready. Fully groomed & smelled amazing. When we first got to the store I was a little nervous because there was a lot of dogs but it’s been an easy transition. I’ve been coming now for almost 2 years and I am so happy we found this place. We live off of telegraph so there’s a good bundle of choices for dog groomers. Not going anywhere else. Just had my pup groomed at PET STOP and I’m super happy with the service! They were friendly, gentle, and really took their time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets and their customers. Plus, the price was very reasonable—great value for the care and attention they give. We are traveling I need and our three pugs needed a professional spa day badly. What a delight to have found The Pet Shop. They did a great job with pur pugs (2 rescues and 1 factory model). The gentleman who took them in has a wonderful demeanor and we felt at ease leaving them. Fast forward a few hours and they are feeling oh so fly. We highly recommend I them. Thank you.

Awesome service! Walked in right before closing and Jacob still took the time to bathe and cut our little dogs nails! Jacob went above and beyond! I highly recommend The Pet Stop!!!
