I've been using Groom Studio's services for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. I have two Yorkies, and they always look fantastic after their grooming sessions. You can truly tell that the staff genuinely care about your fur babies. Highly recommend Groom Studio to anyone looking for top-notch pet grooming!

Today we took our fur baby to Groom Studio they made a nervous pooch and mom feel at ease and I cannot express how happy I am with the service received! Highly recommended and we will be rebooking.

We began going here because they were closest. They are one of the most expensive places I've been to. They groomed my poodle 2x and did not wash off the trimmed hair. So it got all over me and my car, which is pretty uncomfortable. I have never had this issue with another place it seems common practice to take care of. But the worst thing is my German Shepard mix was given Kennel Cough from being here only a couple of hours for a deshedding. So I will not ever be bringing my dogs back.

We have two senior boys. A Westy, Maxx and a Havanese, Thor. They love Miss Kelly. Best groomer ever for seniors. They come back so calm and beautifully groomed.

I have taken my dog to Shaina a few times. Initially, the experience was positive, and she did a great job. However, during my most recent visit, I was told my dog needed to be shaved due to mats, which I felt was unnecessary. Another groomer later confirmed shaving wasn't needed. While I appreciate her earlier work, I believe a clearer communication and a more thorough assessment would improve the service. For now, I would recommend exploring other grooming options.

I was absolutely thrilled with my groom on my Poodle got exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be a return client. Thanks for a great job!

Groom Studio, LLC is the best grooming location I have ever used. Shaina is nurturing with my three dogs and is knowledgeable about all breeds. I drive from Port Neches to Vidor because the drive is worth the exceptional quality of service.
