Petco Grooming

We've been taking our 3 yr old rotti to petco since we got him. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Petco has been providing grooming services for us and they generally do a great job with everything. The last couple times we've gone they haven't been able to cut his nails, I get it because I can't do it either but this time we had excellent groomers ( Celeste and Erin) at the Vineland NJ store and they were able to cut them down for us. So from now on I only want these 2 ladies to take care of our 150 lb baby. Thanks again for a great job.

Deja has been grooming my dog for the last seven years and is a very good stylist. I’ve never had an issue ever.

Deja is the BEST!!! My Nyla loves her, she's very caring. My girl can be finicky but she has no problem with Deja. She always looks so good after her grooming sessions.💞 Sadly the prices are extremely high it's almost $90 now.😔

I've been a loyal Petco customer for years without any issues, but yesterday was a completely different experience. When I picked up my Australian Shepherd, I was on the verge of tears. I had simply asked for a routine trim, but to my shock, they cut his fur incredibly short. He doesn’t even look like the same dog anymore! Instead of resembling an Australian Shepherd, he now looks more like a Rottweiler. I’m really upset about this! I just hope his coat isn’t permanently damaged, since Australian Shepherds have a double coat that shouldn’t be cut too short. I’m including one before picture and two after pictures for reference.

Short staffed with no appointment. She trimmed and buffed my dog's nails after her current grooming and between phone calls. She was very nice and professional and kind and patient with my dog. There was no waiting time.

The entire staff is always pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. All the stylists seem to know my dog too, which I think is humorously special.
