I love this place! I have been taking my Layla Mae therefore over a year to get her shots. The staff and the vet are very sweet, loving and It shows that they really do love animals. And I can speak the same for Michael D, who took Layla as a walk-in to do her nails. He was very helpful to me learning something about her nails. He is very sweet and Attentive and Layla really took him. Every time I come up Here for whatever reason it is always a positive experience and everyone there you can tell actually loves animals! The veterinary services they provide are very affordable also!

The ladies were sweet and meet all of mine and my dogs needs. My pup was well groomed and well looked after.

My cat Biscuit got her nails trimmed by a sweet groomer, I 4got my paperwork at home & I was going 2 be late she understood & told me to go home get Biscuits paperwork & she would take Biscuit because she was there until 4:00. Excellent customer svc will be bringing Biscuit back extra bonus she assisted me on how 2 set up the PetSmart app...

I took my schnauzer dog about a month ago. Customer service was very good. When I look for my dog ​​almost after 4 hours I noticed her sad. At my house I check her and they had cut off a piece of her ear. We called and went directly to the store to verify what had happened an why we were not informed about the incident. The groomer's response was that he never realized that he had hurt my dog. Something almost impossible because the bleeding was evident. We had to take the dog to the vet, incurring extra expenses to avoid infections. They never did the haircut on that ear as it should be and never cleaned her ears. Very Bad Experience !

This was my first time at this Petco for grooming and we were so happy with everything! Both dogs were ready in about 3 hours on a Saturday and the staff was so friendly and pleasant and took the time to read the notes from our prior Petco groomer which ensured a perfect cut. Highly recommend!

Groomer Emily A and other grooming staff member on 6/07/2026 displayed poor customer service and I will never return to this location to have my dog groomed again.
