So let me start by saying I do love this location. I love the associate and especially the grooming department because they are very good with my dogs. However, there needs to be some kind of new system for dropping off for morning seeing that the grooming department opens at 7 AM, but the rest of the store isn’t open till nine. You’re typically standing outside waiting for someone to come open the door to let you come in to drop your dogs off for your grooming appointment.
This is our first time we used this Hilltop PetSmart Grooming location. We were impressed by the way they handled our rescued Australian shepherd's much needed nail clipping and Dremel filed. Thank you! We will be taking our dog there again.
My dog is usually pretty anxious about new people or going to a groomer. The gentleman who took care of him did an excellent job!
They always have time to squeeze my dog in for a nail clipping. She's a senior dog with bad hips and they make sure she is clipped on the floor and well taken care of.
