Huge shoutout to Raven! Came here today for the first time because she was recommended by friends and I was extremely pleased. I already knew my dog Benji was in good hands by our interaction and she definitely delivered. Benji was fresh, clean, smelled good and looked handsome when I came to pick him up. Raven was also extremely nice and she just seemed passionate about handling animals. We’re definitely going to be regulars here. Thank you so much Raven!

Raven is great. We have a Wire Hair Dachshund and had a hard time finding a groomer that could strip his fur. Raven did a fantastic job. We will be bringing him back to her!

Had an appointment for our miniature schnauzer, first time using this groomer after our previous one closed and moved away. When we dropped off our dog at the appointed time, Raven said she was behind schedule because her assistant had called in sick. She had 2 other dogs in the shop, so it was obvious our dog wouldn’t be seen for some time. We offered to bring her back later but Raven said it wouldn’t help because there were other dogs coming in after her. We focused discussion on our dog’s skirt, because another groomer had botched it in her last cut. Raven didn’t ask how short we wanted her cut. When we picked up our dog three hours later, we were disappointed that she had hardly cut any fur. Her back was shorter than it had been but only very little. Her leg fur was still very long and even the fur on her rear was still long. We paid the bill and left a tip. Once we were in the car, it was apparent she hadn’t been bathed, only powdered! In three hours, we believe Raven had been overwhelmed by her workload, and took tremendous shortcuts with our dog rather than cancelling the appointment she couldn’t handle. She charged her full, exorbitant fee for doing barely any of the services we paid for. Now we’ll have to take her to another groomer within a week or two.

took my dachshund tajin here for the first time after she’s been to a few groomers that haven’t really impressed me. when i came to pick her up i was AMAZED at how good she looks. her cut was perfect and she smells great!! the owner is so sweet too and trimmed my puppy’s nails for me while we were there. fair prices and amazing people and work! will be coming here from now on and recommending to everyone!!

When looking for a company for anything I have two steps. Reviews being most important and then I check closest to home. I got lucky, not only did they have raving reviews but 5 mins from home!! Our new dog Hemi is almost 1, and we've taken him here twice. First time of owning a dog that sheds like crazy and hair that grows like crazy so needing a groomer is somewhat foreign to me. However they were AMAZING. Easy to get appointments, the staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and caring towards my pup. The grooming itself was top-notch, leaving my dog looking and smelling fantastic. His shedding decreased tremendously after first visit. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I highly recommend this groomer to all pet owners. They truly pamper your pets and make them look their best!

What a lovely pet salon and group of ladies that work there! I was in town visiting and needed to get my puppy’s nails clipped. They were so friendly when I called to make an appointment, and able to take me quickly when we arrived! My puppy has ticklish feet and was being very wiggle when she tried to cut his nails. She was so patiently, friendly, and lovely while trying to reassure him to relax.💖 while we were there, there was a pope getting her hair cut so gorgeously! My baby has short hair, but this would definitely be a fantastic pet salon to go to if you like to style your fur baby’s hair. The poodle looked so beautiful and her hair style was cool! Very careful and thorough work with this team, and a very calm and pleasant energy in the salon. Great experience, would definitely recommend and return when I’m in town!

I had a wonder experience when I took by dogs there for nail trimming. One of my girls has had a traumatic before I adopted her. Where I wish I could say she felt safe (nothing can change that for her) I loved how Lexi sat down and took her time just trying to get to know her understanding why she was how she is.
