Miss Kandy has groomed our 11 yr. old longhair dachshund for many years and she is fantastic! Pretzel gets 2 short summer cuts and he looks adorable. She is loving and caring 💕 We love having her as our groomer. She also does our smooth's nails. Thank you, Miss Kandy ❤️
Ruby does a great job grooming my Aussiedoodle Rusty,He is always excited when going to get his hair cut))
Booked a Bath & Brush 45mins later she was ready my baby looked and smell unwashed w/ matter in both eyes spoke w/mgr Uless about my complaint instead she puts me on hold having the groomer blindly pick up phone asking what’s wrong without warning she stated mgr said she needed her to explain what she services did instead of the mgr speaking with me and talking w/her she made the groomer talk to me because she was busy so unprofessional she could’ve took my number to simply call me back. But being that this is the 2nd time I’ve had a grooming issue in the past 2mos I will never or recommend Petsmart again…
The staff was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate them for taking care of my pup great service will recommend this company to anyone in need of a great place to get what you need for your pets
