I adopted this little guy a few months ago and he was bald upon adoption due to his old owners never getting him groomed and him having extreme matting that took 2 days for the shelter to shave and left him covered in scabs. Once his fur grew back I was nervous of how he would be with his first grooming since the shaving sounded traumatic and he also has a diagnosed anxiety disorder. Amanda was so understanding during booking, documented his background and had me fill out a card with info. They said they would go slow with him and do things at his pace. They were so sweet and gentle with him and reported back that he was a very good boy for them. They only took about 2.5 hours from drop off to have him ready and the price ended up only being $5 higher than the quote they gave me on the phone. They were super sweet and did a great job making my little guy comfortable during what could have been a scary new experience for him. You can tell they really put a lot of care into their work and love the dogs. I will 100% be returning!

I absolutely love this pet shop and cannot recommend it enough! I take my two dogs, Chloe and Chico, there, and every single time the experience is just wonderful. The entire team is incredibly kind and welcoming — you can truly feel how much they care for the pets that come through their doors. They always treat Chloe and Chico with so much love and patience, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing they are in great hands. The shop itself is always clean, organized, and filled with such a positive atmosphere that my dogs actually get excited when we arrive. A very special mention goes to Anna — she is simply amazing. Not only is she a fantastic professional, but she also has the biggest heart. You can tell right away how genuine her love for animals is. She always goes the extra mile to make sure Chloe and Chico are comfortable, happy, and well cared for. To me, she feels less like a staff member and more like family — someone who truly understands and cherishes my dogs.
