Joybound Grooming Salon

We’re usually very cautious about trying new groomers for our big Pyrenees but the Joybound team did amazing with her! They kept her comfortable through the process, gave her breaks since she’s older and has trouble standing for long periods, and got her looking so clean and beautiful. Definitely going to be bringing her back 🙂 thank you again to the whole team for the wonderful experience! (P.S. ignore her wet paws in the photo, she insisted on stepping in her kiddie pool as soon as we got home!)

It's always a little stressful to try a new groomer, but from drop off to pick up, everyone was friendly, professional and, treated our schnoodle like the princess she is. She has very sensitive legs and they were very careful to make sure she was comfortable. They even gave her a little scarf which she loves.

Both Merry and I were satisfied with the Joybound grooming experience. To my absolute delight, this little dog went from scruff mutt to princess. The perfect blend of kindness and discipline assured both mama and fur baby that she was in the best of hands. Thank you all for keeping the cost reasonable while maintaining a high quality of service. Count on seeing this precious girl again since the two of us couldn't be happier!!

The staff here did an amazing job with my 9 year old bordoodle! She is an anxious dog, but they did a great job handling her and keeping her calm. Everyone was very friendly and you can tell they really enjoy being around the dogs. We will be a repeat customer!!

This amazing facility has an open and bright atmosphere with wonderful, attentive and friendly staff. They did an amazing job on my baby girl Alani. She’s had previous grooming at other facilities and so far this is the best! The staff greeted us right away and listened carefully on what her needs were and delivered with excellent results. Our pup loves the Englestad Grooming Academy at Joybound! She can be anxious in new situations, but both the students and professionals take extra care to provide a welcoming environment for her. They use positive reinforcement with praise and treats throughout the grooming process to make sure she is comfortable and happy. We also love that the academy supports the community and trains students who are pursuing careers in pet grooming. We will definitely keep bringing our pup back to Joybound!
