Mimados Pet Grooming - Waltham

We brought our puppy here for his very first grooming, and he turned out amazing! The front desk was super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and communicating clearly about our needs. Since it was his first haircut, he was a bit nervous with the shaver, but Viviane was incredibly patient and gave him breaks when needed. We absolutely love how he looks now! Hopefully, he’ll become more comfortable with grooming over time. Highly recommend this place!

Love the people here and the wonderful grooming job they did with my dog. My dog is anxious and everyone here was very nice and accommodating. They were reasonably priced as well as we did de-shedding, bathing, nail trim, washing, and blow dry. Vivianne groomed my dog and she did such a wonderful job. Was very careful and gentle with my pup. And look how cutely she dressed up my dog for St. Paddy's weekend. Love the extra effort.

I brought my toy poodle here for a full grooming, and they did a beautiful job — my dog looked great, smelled fresh, and the staff were very kind and gentle. The only issue was how long it took —the lady at the front said to me about 3-3.30 hours but about five hours total for a small dog even with an appointment. Since we drove all the way from Weymouth to Waltham, we couldn’t really go home and come back, so it ended up being almost a whole day of waiting. The grooming quality was excellent, but I wish the timing was a bit quicker or more predictable.

I cannot recommend Mimados - Waltham enough! Their booking process, even as a new client, was so easy and efficient online. Upon our arrival, the receptionist at the front desk was so friendly, informative, and kind. She answered all questions, and I noticed immediately how calm the energy was in the building (despite being full of dogs being groomed), and how attentive each staff person was to each dog. I also loved that everything is open-air and none of the animals seem stressed. Staff communicated with me when there was an anticipated pick-up time via phone, and were so incredibly sweet to my Rosie. When I picked Rosie up, she was so excited, but almost seemed like she wanted to stay, which speaks volumes of the staff and how comforted they make the animals feel. They did the works on my girl (bath, haircut, nail trim, teeth, dematting and conditioning treatment), and it was well worth the price! She looks perfect (see photos), and I will be returning on a consistent basis, for sure. They gave me $5 off as a first-time client, and gave a $20 gift card for future use for the holidays! So, so kind. I highly recommend bringing your pets here for all grooming needs!

I've never had a dog that needed grooming, before, so I wasn't sure exactly how to handle the process. Mimados made it so easy! My dog looked wonderful when I came to pick her up, and she was apparently relaxed enough to take a quick nap on the floor back in the doggy waiting area. (I asked them to keep the eyebrows like that, they're my favorite. )

Great staff, very friendly & patient. Quality work at a fair price. I’d recommend 10/10 times
