After taking my puppy home from grooming, I noticed they didn’t completely combed out vivi’s knots from back of her necks. I thought having a grooming appt can fix the knots problem. I guess I was wrong.
Wesley is always happy when i pick him up lol. He always looks great, they do a fantastic job for not much money. 17th Dec 2025 update Didn’t have time to do a review until just now. Took Wesley in two days ago, Laura did another exceptional job. Wesley sometimes has trouble when he gets his nails done or goes in the dryer, but she says each time he’s been there. He’s getting better and better. She is so good and patient with him. Instead of listing them all I’ll just say I got every service they have in grooming for him. Wesley says woof woof look at me, I’m so pretty
We had a great experience sending our dog to get groomed here. The employees were all very kind and cared well for him. Great service. We would keep coming here if we hadn’t moved away!
I’m very happy with Jonathan . He always talks to you about how you would like your pup cut. Asks if there is anything special you would like. My little dog Jaxi likes him very much. It is comfortable leaving her in good hands.

Jonathan in Waltham is the best! My golden can walk in with some tough knots in his coat and a little nervous.. this groomer is so kind and patient with him, he walks out looking great and happy.
I got this groomer Jen and her attention was horrible with my dog. She speaks lies that never happened and that's why I can't make any more appointments in Petco. In front of me she said that my dog tried to bite her but made a report that my dog did bite her what never happened. The manager only agreed with her without investigating the facts. This person is a racist. Take care of your puppies and more if you are Latino.Also, don't try to call customer service because they agree with their employees without investigating anything.
