Dani's Dog Grooming

This was our first time here. I am very happy with how my Shih Tzu, Roxy, looks after today's grooming. I finally found someone who understands how to groom her face properly! 👏🏼💕😍

Absolutely the best pet groomer around. Not only does she do a great job grooming our Golden Doodle and trimming our cats nails, but she truly cares about animals.

My dog is afraid of his own shadow. Every groomer I have tried in the past has cut him, kept him there from the 8:30 a.m. drop off until 1:30 in the afternoon, he's foaming at the mouth and traumatized. I explained all of that to Dani, and when we walked in she took him from my arms, told him how sweet and cute he was, promised him she would not hurt him, and I was there to pick him up within an hour. I saw the clearly posted cash only signs and she also took the time to explain her $40 overnight boarding policy for people who fail to pick up their pet before closing time, which I feel is 100% appropriate. She even explained how when one pet parent failed to pick up their animal, she slept overnight at her shop to sit with the dog overnight because he was terrified. Dani did a great job, her prices are reasonable and comparable to every groomer in the area, but what honestly won me over was how much she loves the animals, and you can't put a price on that. This was the impression I got from my first visit. I will definitely be back and have already scheduled my 6-week appointment for Peanut.

🚩🚩🚩attention attention🚩🚩🚩Danielle called us to provide deep cleaning for Dani’s Dog Grooming. We’ve been looking at the building to see what’s been going on. We see the building and it has clearly not been touched. Mold, mildew, dust, and dirt everywhere, it was disgusting. It was in very bad shape. She was complaining that she has no money because she didn’t have any business. We decided to give a good deal to help her business. We cleaned, sanitized, disinfected the store and added waxing for free. We called her to come when the job was completed and she asked us if we can do it once a year. She tried to pay us before she saw the job we have done. I told her she has to see the job first and then she can pay, so that’s what she did. She was very happy, no questions nor any concerns but the next day she called for a complaint. She was not happy. She pretended like we didn’t do anything for her and she was asking for a refund. We tried to make her calm by offering to have someone clean it again with no charge. She denied our offer and kept asking for a refund from our service. She then took us to court to sue us. I recommend to not take your pets there, the place is disgusting.

The before and after pics of my aussiedoodle are amazing. He looks so cute. I went in not sure exactly what I wanted. I showed Lori a picture of a haircut I saw online and she said "of course I can do that!". He came home a happy dog and I’m a happy owner. If you’re looking for a good grooming place, look no farther. Prices are great and the people are friendly.

I’m so glad that I found Dani’s Dog Grooming. It’s a hour from my house but well worth the drive.

Dani took in a horribly matted dog from Warren animal control after local vets turned them away. She cleaned her up and shaved her down until all her mats were gone and she could move comfortably. My rescue took this dog in, and of course, no owner came forward. She is now beautiful and happy. Attached is an update photo from her new Mom as she is graduating "puppy school" Dani has also helped rehab orphaned wildlife that we have come across. She has a love of all animals.
