I called to ask about getting my cat groomed. They explained their cat groomer is currently working part-time, and the next available appointment was about three weeks out. I let them know I have a long-haired cat and was hoping for something sooner, so unfortunately that timing wouldn’t work for me. I wasn’t rude, just explaining my situation. However, the tone on their end shifted and the conversation ended rather abruptly. While I didn’t use their services, first impressions matter. My kitten is under a year old, so I’ll need grooming on a regular basis for years to come. Based on this interaction, I won’t be reaching out to them again, now or in the future.

They always do an amazing job on my dog Dutchess. Dutchess suffers from a little anxiety and is defensive when being brushed, but the groomers always have her looking amazing every time she comes home. They followed my instructions very well and they put these adorable little bows in her fur that are so cute.

I wish I would have taken pictures of Scout when I brought him in. He was badly in need of a bath, haircut and a nail trim On short notice they were able to take us in and they did a great job. Maybe trimmed a little bit more of some of his distinctive Papillon look than I wanted, but I an not complaining. He REALLY needed a trim! He looks great, he's happy, most importantly he's comfortable. Now, for the first time in months, I had a good night's sleep because Scout had a good night's sleep! Thank you!

Very nice little place for getting your dog groomed. The ladies that work there are very nice and polite. I bring my dogs there to get their nails trimmed, and they always trim the nails right on the spot. They are very reasonably priced too.

Took my lil girl, Bo, here for the first time. The groomer (I believe her name’s Megan?) did such an amazing job. Did exactly what I asked for with her cut. Told her I wanted a summer cut, so shorter hair length overall, but leave the ears and tail on the fluffier side. My little girl looks so adorable, just in time for Easter!! Will definitely come back!

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I’ve never taken my dog to a groomer I’ve always done the baths and brushing myself. This year since my dog blew his coat more than normal I decided I take him to a groomer to make sure his blow out was done before his winter coat started growing in. They did an amazing job. My dog has never felt so soft!!! Definitely will be bringing him back in the future!! And an added bonus they are actually reasonably priced for a large fluffy dog :).

The ladies that work here are so incredible. Always super friendly and welcoming. I bring my Siberian cat here every couple months to get the hair around her butt trimmed. I’m always in and out within a few minutes and they are very cost-friendly. I would recommend Fuzzy Friends to anyone looking to get their cat/dog groomed.
