Brought in our smelly bull dogs for a bath and nail trim. Their business is clean, neat and calm, and they are very kind. Highly recommend.

I just came from a pop-up vaccine clinic with my 2 kitties, and had plans on getting their nails trimmed while there. Unfortunately, the clinic told me they could not help with nails once we arrived. Now I'm in the car with 2 (post-vaccinated), long nailed, cats and decide to look up local groomers. I was so lucky Ms. Edna's House picked up on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, and let us come right in. The place was decorated adorably, and was immaculately clean. The owner, LeAnna & staff were the epitome of professionalism, and so genuinely kind. They are a group who truly want to help, and I could tell right away that they are very knowledgeable and their love for animals was so evident. My cats were a bit anxious, and Ms. Edna's House team took every measure to keep them calm while ensuring safety for everyone involved. The prices were very fair, even better than I was expecting. I am so grateful to have been taken in today, and truly look forward to working with LeAnne for all future grooming needs.

I started coming here with just 2 of my 3 dogs as I typically did with other grooming places, just out of cost consciousness. Well, after discovering that they do a good job at very reasonable rates, I started not even flinching on bringing all 3. They give a no frills, great quality service, have been in the area for a long time (over 10 years) so that gives me much confidence, and are always accommodating and friendly. I have neither heard nor read any "horror" stories about abuse (thankfully!) , and my pomeranian, who really needs the grooming, is always looking adorable afterwards, even with just a simple "puppy cut". This is a small shop that I do not hesitate to recommend. Three years after my first try, I still go to this place.

I have been a loyal customer of canine clips for years now, with BOTH of my dogs. I’m quite appalled by the way I was spoken to today. I didn’t get a phone call for 2.5 hours after I brought them in and I thought that was unusual. I called and they had explained they were trying to call me- okay fine that’s reasonable. I get there- I’m being super nice and said okay maybe you called my dad I’m sorry I know it doesn’t take this long usually. I got an extremely rude response of "well trust me we didn’t want to keep them" I said yes I know the little one is a handful, he’s 10 years old and has anxiety I’m not sure what else to do. She continued to speak about how she had to put on headphones because he was whining. Another exact response was "drug him or drug me." Ever since the main groomer left, this place has drastically gone down hill. When you take a job with animals you should understand some will be easier than others. I will NEVER recommend anyone to canine clips after the way I was spoken to and being a loyal customer for years. I also was charged way more than I was normally charged. I’m also a very good tipper and have been extremely loyal to this business that I feel drastically disrespected by. The main groomer left to go to the barking lot and that’s where everyone should go 🙂

I first met LeAnna at another grooming salon before she took over what used to be K9 Clips. From our very first meeting, I was struck by her exceptional attentiveness and care for my 95 lb large breed puppy. LeAnna and her husband make a hardworking team, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with them. Prior to finding LeAnna, I had visited countless grooming establishments in search of someone I could trust with my dog. Finally, I found someone who treats him with the same level of care that I do. Reviewing for a friend. This place has been our go to for at least 12 years when it was called K9 Clips. The business was taken over and now my dog is refused as a customer. My dog has never been a problem, per the previous owner. No warning. No letter. Nothing. Shame on the new owner!
