Petco Grooming

We work with Sage at Petco Warwick, RI Sage does an amazing job with my Golden retriever Maggie. She is kind and compassionate to the pets in her care. Maggie's gets a bath, hair cut, ears cleaned, brushes her teeth, and has her nails trimmed. Sage finishes her with a cute Bandanna. thank you Sage for taking great care of Maggie.

I bring my dog in for 8am on a Sunday, almost hit a deer on the way there and they won't take him because I don't have his rabies paperwork. He gets his vaccines THERE. He has gotten ALL his vaccines THERE. She says their systems don't speak to each other which is ridiculous. He just got.his vaccines there LAST weekend and has the rabies tag on his collar. The last time I brought him there they didn't finish grooming him & gave him back with a choppy hair cut with long pieces. He is 2 yeats old, 10 pounds and doesn't bite. It's NOT that difficult. I do.it myself at home all the time. I only go (went) there because it's was a little closer to my home. Never again. My time is extremely limited & important too. Chapel View in Cranston does a much better job & they are much nicer & always professional.

Another good grooming day for millie. It's been a while since she's gone. A lot going on and it's wintertime. But ad always she was smelling nice and clean. And she got a cute valentines handkerchief. 😍 But thank you sage for a good grooming for her she's always happy to see you.

Santana 🥜 was amazing. She was very thorough of what the service consisted of. She took care of my boys and made sure that they were comfortable even with serious separation anxiety. When nearing the finishing touches. She insisted that no rush was needed and that she would be able to keep them company for however long was needed. Her customer service and her communication as well as service was excellent and we will be visiting her again! Thank you so much Santana!

Fur on paws was left choppy, face wasn’t cleaned off like I asked, for his fur around his eyes to be cut because he has trouble seeing & fur goes into his eyes causing tears & irritation. Fanny was cut about 1/2 inch. I was not happy at all with results. The groomer that took care of him last time did an excellent job.. I am going to ask for only her to do his fur cuts from now on

Every time I take my dog for nail trims and buffing the staff are fabulous. They fuss on her and I’ve watched them through the glass…very gentle.

This is the second time I took my 2 girls to Petco to have their nails cut and trimmed. They offered not just to cut them but to also file them so they would be shorter and smoother. Thank you so much. What a beautiful job 👏 😍 ❤️.
