Scrub-A-Pup is absolutely TOP NOTCH! Sara and Todd are both incredible. While my dog is a more than a little resistant to baths, Sara does a fantastic job comforting him and giving him all the love during his grooming appointments he maybe doesn’t deserve while he’s crying in her face. When my dog managed to get super stinky from wild outdoor play in between grooming appointments, I brought him in for a self-service bath. It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities one could want for a dog spa, and Todd went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our time there - even music! I cannot say enough great things about this business-11/10 recommend to all dog parents!

What an awesome experience! My pup Farrah is deathly afraid of any groomers so I was a bit worried but Jess took the time and patience to make sure Farrah and I were comfortable. Jess did such a good job and Farrah looks and smells great! Her nails look amazing and she is so thankful for such an awesome experience. Thanks again. 10/10 highly recommended!

My golden does not enjoy bathing, but she did so well with me being able to give her a bath using professional equipment. Having a raised and enclosed tub made it so much easier for my 60+ years old back! The dryer helped get her dry and out quickly. They provided everything needed for a good bath from shampoo & conditioner to towels & brushing out the undercoat. This is my go to now when she needs a bath.

I had never brought my dog there before. The process to begin was fairly easy. Todd was the employee on at the time and he was very helpful and even got my dog out of the car for me. The wash was easily accessible for my dog, at first I thought the shampoo and conditioner was a bit thin (watered down) but I quickly realized a little bit goes a long way. The include complimentary ear wash was a great conclusion to the wash. After I hand dried him I brought him over to the blow dryer, which dried him very well and fast! It has now been 3 days since I bathed him and he still smells like the shampoo. His fur is soft and fluffy from the conditioner. In my opinion, the price for the self service is well worth it and there is no point and paying for a groomer unless you want the fur cut special.

This place is great! My mom and I brought my German shepherd and Bichon there and the guy that helped us out was awesome. He helped blow dry my dog and was super friendly and talkative! I will definitely be bringing my dogs here from now on. And their fur is so shiny and soft from their shampoo and conditioner. 5 stars!

I went to Scrub A Pup, as a walk in, for a self wash after my 6 month old Goldendoodle had a romp in the dog park and was filthy. This was my first time going to them. I was greeted by the owner and the groomer and was 1st impressed by their welcome and secondly by the cleanliness of the shop. Their self wash is fantastic and all of the products you need are supplied, no additional charges for the product. I was able to hear and see how well they treated the animals entrusted to them to groom. You would have thought that they were grooming their own animals by the way they spoke/interacted with the dogs and their compassion/gentleness with the animals. Unlike my previous groomer all of the dogs were crated for their safety and no dogs were running loose, they all seemed at ease. First impressions mean a lot and after such a positive experience I will be using them not only for the self wash but they have gained a customer for grooming services as well.

Website advertises self-serve dog wash but fails to mention anywhere on their site to "maybe, call first next time" (which I did… no one answered) because it’s not a service they offer consistently. There’s no listed schedule of when they do or don’t, and no one to answers the phone if you do call. Kind of a bummer since they’re one of the only places that offers it near me, and I was really excited to try it out - looked really nice - but left with a bad taste in my mouth from the lack of communication and transparency. 12/5/24
