Everything was more expensive than what the price tag indicated on the shelf. Bought something that was supposed to be 25% off but it was only discounted 5%. I guess next I'll write the shelf price down so I can verify at checkout.
They are thorough, and took good care of elderly puppy, and prices are reasonable.
Called prior and made an appointment and I had asked many questions, they said everything was good to go when he comes regarding vaccines and his age. Everything that employee told me was false information because when my husband drove out 40 min they denied him completely. Then wanted to address this issue to management was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.Very disappointing wasting my gas and time. One star. never again.
This store is a complete joke, the grooming department is horrible for morning appointments and tend to run late and they also like to cancel appointments with less than 24 hr notice
