Charmaine has been grooming our dogs for at least 10 years and we have always been happy with the results. We love our dogs very much and feel confident leaving them in her care. I particularly like that the dogs aren't kept somewhere behind closed doors; when you drop-off and pick-up your pet you are able to see Charmaine working with other dogs. I really appreciate the piece of mind I get from knowing that my dogs are in good hands.
My Daisy was very difficult at having her nails cut and Charmaine was patient with her. This was my first time trying to help with this She had another worker with her that stopped trimming another dog and came over to help.,. I was very happy with the service and will take Daisy back to see them again.

Charmaine has done my grooming for 15 years now. Two cockers, one shy and one with endless skin problems were both well cared for, and now my standard poodle comes back happy and looking like a queen with every visit. Reasonable as well!
