I’m so happy I finally found a groomer that my puppy likes and it’s close to home. My pup, Chipper has always had anxiety around large groups of dogs especially in a grooming settings. I really didn’t like taking him to corporate salons due to that. Clip-n-Cuddle really helped with that. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. I was very aware going in that he was extremely matted and would need to be shaved, but Tracy went through the process and explained everything to me anyways which I really appreciated. She also made sure to ask specific questions about Chipper even though I filled out all the proper paperwork prior to the session. I appreciate this more than you will know. To me this means that you value your work and you appreciate me, not just as a customer, but as someone bringing my precious baby to a new place without knowing anything about this place except for what I’ve read and heard, so thank you for that! And a special thank you to all the staff behind the scenes. Thank you for making this a positive experience. Chipper will be returning once he needs a fur cut again 🐶🤎

Nothing cuddly about it!! We are very disappointed in our recent experience here. This is our second time bringing our cats here and it will be our last. It was chaotic with so many animals scheduled all at once. We brought our cats in at 9am and got a call at 10:15am saying they were just getting started and had to confirm for the 3rd time what services were being done to our cats. We then waited another hour and 15 minutes with no call and when we called on our own, they said they were ready. Our cats sat for far too long in their carriers when they could have just scheduled us differently. When we went to pick up it was even more chaotic than the morning. There were 5 different people there picking up and dropping off animals and the staff members were screaming at each other in the back. This level of stress and chaos is not good for our animals who are already doing something that brings them stress. We were extremely disappointed!

Kerri did an amazing job! My dogs are small and they have anxiety basically any time they're away from me. Other groomers have suggested sedation, but my pups also have a reaction to anesthesia, so that option doesn't make me comfortable. Kerri was able to give them a great cut and the boys seemed comfortable with her and in their environment when I came for pick up! Thanks so much, Kerri! We will be back!

My husband called Clip-n-Cuddle to see if we could get our 17 year old long haired cat's matted knots shaved off. Stephanie was so helpful on the phone in giving us information and getting us in right away. Arley was great in handling Marco, who was not traumatized (this is unusual!). He is now so comfortable, grooms himself again and purrs often. Thank you Clip-n-Cuddle!

Edit: I received a call shortly after leaving this review asking what exactly I was unhappy with. I was then told that she could pass my number on to the owner who would do my next groom, and is an excellent groomer. I said sure. It has been months, I've heard nothing since. That's about what I expected, honestly. 🙄 I really wanted to like this place. The folks are nice but the phone system is a nightmare. Call, and it rings once, and then nothing. No more ringing, no answer, nada. But my real beef is with groomers being unable to follow instruction. Such as "Do NOT cut the hair above his eyes!" And she has done it BOTH times! I wanted that hair LONG! It's part of the style for a Chinese crested. He's not a Maltese or something. The hair wasn't in his eyes or bothering him or matted, it was perfect and the black tips from his puppy coat that framed his face will NEVER grow back. They're gone forever. I have to find another groomer or learn to do it myself. You burned me once and I gave you another shot and you burned me again. We're done.

I brought my foster Goldendoodle in for a much needed bathing & brushing out. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah was so gentle and caring with Norah & she looks & feels like new girl. Thank you!
