Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Wellington

We came to get birthday day treats for our pup and gave to say we were so impressed with the variety, and the service. We will be coming back!

Colleen and her team our top notch!! My pooch was diagnosed with Cancer almost 2 years ago. Together with Colleen we made some strategic decisions on food and supplements to fight the batter. Happy to report so far my girl is thriving!! Truly amazing! thankful for all their help with this journey!!

Don’t go here for grooming, staff is rude and incompetent, and will not deviate from their "standard" haircuts for customer request, I.e. they lack the skills to do anything more than a very basic groom, but charge for a premium service. The groom was $200 for him to come back feeling like his coat had buildup that wasn’t there when he went in, and with only maybe 10% of the haircut I asked for even attempted. The groomer they booked with my poodle had no clue how to do proper clean feet or face, and seemed afraid of going close to the skin. She also couldn’t blend or follow directions to save her life. Dog clearly wasn’t blown out when I got him back, was cut curly, which never looks right on a poodle. I tried to get a partial refund, and was initially refused and booked for redo service with the same incapable groomer, until the manager heard what I wanted and finally conceded they didn’t have the skill to do it, or in their words "weren’t comfortable grooming a dog outside their stand cut," and finally gave me half my money back. Manager was rude, and clearly irritated at me for having standards. I asked for clean sanitary, clean feet, and a shaved chest and belly blended into the longer back length… the picture of him outside is the same cut done correctly by my groomer before I moved. the rest of the pics are what i got back from Woof Gang.

My Frenchie Stella has been going to Woof Gang Wellington since years ago! We love it here so much. They always spoil me so much. Treats all around. And grooming 10/10. Stelly always runs towards her groomers! We love it. Highly recommended Also the best bakery

I wanna Thank Woof Gang in Wellington for They’re wonderful generosity. Colleen is completely amazing. My dogs were in need of help with food. I had made a post in mom’s of Wellington club on Facebook and she did not hesitate to offer me help. Her store is completely amazing. So much variety, so many services, extremely cute merchandise as well. But most of all the service the love and the care is amazing. She gave me lots of dog food, which my babies. I’m going to put a picture of the one that they loved the most. I think it was like crack because they absolutely loved it. Once again, thank you so much, for the tremendous heart and for all the help. This is a wonderful place wonderful store owned by an amazing person.

Ive taken my dog here a few times, but I won't be back. Every time I go, I ask for just a simple body clean up and trim & a nice trim of the face. I provided a photo of my dog with how I like her face to be done. It doesn't even look like the groomer attempted. We even discussed it and she said yes no problem... I'll attach a photo. The one with the short ears and nice trimmed face is what I asked for and the other is what I got... It doesn't even look like her face or ears were touched. Like I said I mentioned it specifically....

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I took my dog there, and during the grooming session, their clippers cut my dog’s ear, causing it to bleed. I was not informed about the injury at all. This lack of communication and care is unacceptable. It was my first experience and my LAST. I would NOT recommend this place because this is irresponsible on their part. I hope they take better precautions and improve their services to prevent this from happening again. REALLY BAD SERVICE-NEVER AGAIN. I wish there was ZERO star, that’s what they deserve.
