**Update: My dog got a bacterial infection from this groomer. He has never had one in his life before this. $200 later and my poor dog suffering, he is finally all recovered. WORST grooming experience I have ever endured for my boys. I brought my dog in a few months ago and felt uneasy about the experience but wanted to give a fair chance. I wish I would have gone with my gut instinct because it only got worse. She nipped my dog initially with a nail cut, and I overlooked it as it could happen. Then she groomed him, and his cut was uneven. My pups were in need of a grooming, so I thought I'll try one last time. It only got worse. My yorki is almost shaved to his skin, and my poor 9-year-old morki is knicked, red, and won't stop scratching. I feel so guilty for not going with my instinct about this place. At the very least, they could have told us she knicked him, multiple times, but not at all. I could have done better myself with zero experience. But then to charge $60 each dog to hack them up! I feel guilty that I trusted you with my dogs. I hope I can save other animals from enduring what my dogs suffered from you. We would never trust you with our pets again.

I cannot express how much I love the staff! My English Bulldog Nala just adores the staff. We have a hard time getting her to leave and is ecstatic when she arrives. They are very flexible with squeezing her in between her appointments!

My dog is 6 years old and has been groomed twice. Both times we went here because it's right by McCarty Park where we live, the price is reasonable, and although he has short hair he is mainly white and the grass/dirt shows! I must not be the only one who likes this place because I called at the end of Oct. and they were booked 3 weeks into Nov!

Groomer is AWFUL. She has no compassion. Called me at 720am to inform of a cancelation. Tried to explain my dog has been sick and is She OK with seeing my dog. Groomer said, YOU CALLED ME. You haven't been here in a year. I tried to talk to her and she hung up on me not once but 3x. I heard she treats her staff like her customers. Crap. Never ever go there.

After Pet Smart told me my dog was too old for them to groom, I was stuck looking for a new groomer. I tried a mobile groomer, and it was horrible. Classic Pet grooming was able to squeeze me in last minute. Their staff and Owner were very friendly and kind to my dog. My dog was a little nervous at first, possibly from past grooming experiences. Yet, when I picked her up, she was her normal playful, 15 year old self. I setup a future appointment and only wish I had came here a long time ago. Thank you guys for being awesome!

The crew here is always incredible! They do a great job with Duke!

I was a first time customer and will definitely go back. My dog was groomed beautifully and the price was very competitive much lower than what I’ve experienced with other groomers. They communicate well and know how to handle dogs. I felt safe, leaving my dog in their care.
