Bubble Dog Pet Grooming

We went there since last year and this time the price suddenly increased, but they don't admit it. That's fine, and then they didn't even wash my dog properly. When I picked my dog, she still had a lot of skin flakes. When I watched them wash it, they were scrubbing her very hard too. I am never going there again.

They treat my dog so well and she is doing a good job. She was having a good time with bubble dog grooming! Look at her smile!

It saddens me to rewrite this review when I gave it 5 stars last year. We always let them know if our dog has an ear infection or any other problem so the groomer can be gentle to her, and we usually pay a little over a 20% tip. Last Sunday on Feb 1, our Moca came home with her genital area nicked and the inside of both ears red, swollen, and filled with dried blood. I called the place and was told that our dog had ear infections for the past few months, and that there was a $10 charge to clean them up or a higher charge to apply medication they had available, but we had to make another appointment. We didn't even know if our dog had an ear infection that Sunday. Anyway, I wish they told me if there were any issues with our dog and asked if we agree to pay more before proceeding, since we are willing to pay at any price. Why cruelly punish the poor animal, making it suffer just because you thought that we didn't want to pay, or paid but not enough? We won't come back!

The friendly staff gave my kitten a nice trim and bath for an affordable price. They also speak mandarin.

Their service was great and my puppy was cleaned very well She seemed very happy to be bathed here

This is my local grooming place I take my dog regularly for distance reason. Just had done grooming on my dog and I am happy with the cut this time. I think groomer has changed.
