We absolutely love Kaylie and Earthwise! Our dog Harper gets matted very easily, even when we brush her regularly, and Kaylie is always so kind, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. She truly cares about both the pets and their people, which makes such a difference. Harper loves going to see Kaylie – especially because she gets to pick out a treat after her grooming appointment! The adorable bandanna Harper comes home wearing is the cutest finishing touch. We’re so grateful to have found Kaylie and Earthwise. We highly recommend.

We have loved having EarthWise so close! Having healthier options is a big deal to us, so it’s so nice to have those better options and peace of mind! Their grooming was super easy to schedule with great communication. Our puppy looks and smells so cute ! Reasonable prices and quick services!

This was my first experience with EarthWise and I am very pleased. My golden is a little nervous when going to the groomer and I felt she was in good hands from the very first moment I walked in the door. Theresa (sorry if it is not spelled the correct way) was our groomer and she greeted Avery with such care. When she saw she was nervous she got down on her level and comforted her. She listened to all of the requests I had and even provided me with an option for her ears that would be beneficial to help prevent an issue she has had in the past. One of my favorite things was Avery did not have to spend a minute in a kennel. A lot of her nerves stem from having to be in them at groomers in the past. This made a big difference in her experience. She was not rushing to leave as soon as she was done like she always has in the past. That is the highest compliment she could give! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners as well and it is apparent they have a passion for what they do and truly care about the work they do. I would highly recommend EarthWise and was very happy with the end result!

Took 4 hours on Wednesday and asked me to bring my dog back to finish at 5:00 pm on Thursday. They informed me that it would take another 1 1/2 to 2 hours to finish. I’m 30 minutes away so I would have to waste at least 2 more hours waiting for them to finish my dog. Plus is cost 283.55. I told them to forget it and took my dog home. I also asked for a refund. They said they would be in touch. I bet I’ll never see any refund at all. Unethical and poorly run business. I do NOT recommend them and will never go back!☹️

Our dog, Kai, regularly goes to Earthwise for grooming with Kaylie. He stresses very easy and always does well for Kaylie. She does a great job in a short amount of time which helps with his stress level. Thanks so much!
