D is for DOG at aka WPB

🙁 she destroyed my dogs hair cut.. It’s very uneven and they cut her pony tail off the top of her head.. I’m very disappointed ☹️ apparently they switched the Groomer, so I wasn’t expecting different results than what I had the first time I went. I wish I would’ve brought her somewhere else. After and Before pics :(((( I spoke with the owner via the phone and she was gaslighting and blaming the issue on me. She said I should’ve filled out the form, but the Groomer instructed me to just fill out my name and phone number that was all the information that she needed. The owner called me. I sent a video to the business owner as soon as I got home showing her what had happened to my dog and while I was recording the video my dog vomited in my hand! I said the f word bc I was so shocked she was throwing up. My dog was so distraught and scared. I’ve been so sad.. this will take six months for my dogs for her to grow back fully. Business is refusing to give me back my money or take any accountability. I don’t want it "evened out" because it’ll just take even more length off. They absolutely do not care at all about the animals. I’ve never had an issue like this and I will be SOO much more careful where I bring my baby from now on.

I have been taking my welsh corgi, Hattie, to D is for Dog for 6 years! Everyone is the absolute best - my dog LOVES being groomed now! I never have to worry - they take immaculate care of the dogs and have the kindest, most patient and thorough groomers. We recently tried the AKA Hotel location and had the BEST experience. The groomer did an incredible job - my dog looks like she is show ready! Plus, I appreciate that they offer a boutique grooming experience so each animal gets optimal attention & time! I cannot recommend this pet spa enough - truly the best there is in WPB!

I was staying at the AKA hotel with my dog and needed to give him a bath. I walked into D is for Dog and was able to bathe him myself without an appointment. So convenient! The women working there were so friendly and helpful too!

Denise and the staff at D is for Dogs are amazing!! My dog Beckham always looks so amazing every time I pick him up! I highly recommend them! Best groomers in palm beach county!!

Nice people and it’s so sweet how they leave little treats and water outside for the dogs💕 they have the best toy selection as well

Was in need of Stella & Chewy food for my dog and noticed this new botique on my walk. What a surprise the amount of pet items they had. Also picked up a birthday gift. Nice shopping in our back yard and no need to wait on shipping. Highly Recommend

My Molly always looks and smells great after a grooming visit at D is for Dog. Plus, they spoil Molly while she is there so she is always happy to be there.
