I was looking for a new groomer for my Australian Shepherd since the first one managed to shave him and his beautiful coat took forever to grow back properly. I emphasized to please only cut his hair and if need be can shave only the hindquarters. I even gave an example of the cut he needs due to the undercoat Australian Shepherds have. After 3 hrs I came to pick up my boy with yet another full shave that’s uneven all over. His lovely ear hairs and mane have all been shaven off. I am so upset for spending over $100 but since I am 9 months pregnant I could not afford to get into an argument checking out. If you have an Australian shepherd or breed with an undercoat, I do not recommend coming here 🙁

Jennifer is one of the kindest people I know when it comes to animals. For the past two years, since my dogs started getting their monthly grooming with her, they are no longer afraid to go. Tobby is 13 years old and suffers from joint pain, and she takes great care of him. Benny is a very energetic 7-month-old puppy, and she is extremely patient with him. The way she attends to them is very special, and the grooming always exceeds my expectations. If she notices anything unusual with my dogs, she helps or guides me on how to solve it. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs are cared for as you would and receive excellent service, this is the place.

Absolutely Pawsome Experience! Our fur baby and I love pet spa & Beyond. From the moment we walked in, Jenifer and the staff were warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about animals. My pup can be a little nervous, but they handled him with such care and patience that he actually seemed to enjoy his spa day! This place makes it easy and affordable to take care of our fur baby. I’m so glad we found this place. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their pet pampered and treated like royalty!

The owner is one of the sweetest, most professional, personable, and dog loving humans I have ever met. She has such affordable prices, takes the time to explain what she is doing and answers any and every question you have about how to care for your dog. She genuinely cares and loves every dog that walks through that front door, and puts in the extra effort to make sure that they are comfortable during their time here. She also goes out of her way to make sure that every product she uses has the highest quality ingredients for your dog. My dog had a horrible experience with another groomer, and was terrified to be near grooming equipment for over a year, but every time we are in this plaza, she pulls (aggressively) on the leash to get to their front door. The second she sees the owner, it’s game over. Jumping in the air, crying to run up to her, and sprinting into the back. I can’t even put into words how amazing it is to trust another human to take care of my fur baby. We are from out of town, but go out of our way everytime we are down here to get a groom done here. Highly recommend this business to all dog moms and dads.

Jennifer is the best groomer ever ! My Morkie gets excited when he sees me parking in front of the salon & literally jumps into her arms . She pays attention to details & trims him as needed . If you are looking for a groomer that cares about your dogs , look no further .

This place has new owners and they are fabulous! Jennifer and her team take such pride and care for our furry friends. My Coco goes weekly for baths under there monthly membership- yes pay the fee and join to get weekly baths included and they do a great job grooming and cleaning my Goldendoodle!
