She took my farm dog from Montana and turned her into the most beautiful girl! She fit us into her schedule quick and my pup looked and smelled amazing when she was done taking care of her. Normally after haircut appointments she anxiety ridden and clingy but after being at bark avenue she was relaxed and her normal self. We will definitely be driving the 9hrs to come back to Bark Avenue p

Took my cat for her first professional grooming and they were excellent! They treated her so nicely and address any concerns we had. Even though she's had experiences getting bathed at home, I wasn't sure how she would act being she doesn't like baths. But they took excellent care of her! Very quick and efficient. Love, love, love my cats shiny clean coat! ❤️

This place has different groomers with different prices. I first took my pom to Kaicee and she left my pom the same barely cut any hair. The hair paws of my dogs paws were unevenly cut. There was still hair on her paws. I barely noticed the difference; my dog smelled good but I don't think she is understood or has knowledge of grooming poms. I refered my sister she said the same- her dog looked the same. Kaicee is friendly but I wouldn't go back to her since I didnt see a difference she charged me $45. I went back again to try another groomer. Her name is Ilea. She is very nice but my dogs hair was uneven from the sides (paid $65). Overall, I wouldn't return to this place because they are still learning how to cut poms hair. I recommend Shed happens Rebecca does a great job.

I can’t even begin to say how happy I am we found this place! GSDs get a bad rap sometimes and it’s hard to find a groomer to take them. We haven’t had the best experience with previous groomers but Bark Avenue is FABULOUS 🤩 Excellent customer service, great communication, easy online booking with slots available on a short notice, and they listen and take into consideration the needs of their fur clients 🐕 My girl GSD was COVERED in sap, she likes to lay in the pine needles and dirt around the pine trees. She came back looking like a brand new girl, NO sap spots! I was a little nervous they would have to cut out the sap from her fur, but no trimming needed to be done! My boy GSD has never had a professional groom (since we took care of it at home) and we decided to take him in, and I’m happy we did! He loves rolling around in the dirt and his undercoat tends to stick to him so he will have big tufts of fur when he sheds- and dirt trapped in the undercoat. He is so clean and his fur is just divine! Both my GSDs look amazing and their fur is so soft and clean! Thank you!!! We found our forever groomer 🙌🏼

UPDATE: It was a new groomer. They let that person go when they found out the bad grooming that was being done. Took my 2 doodles in for a Doodle Summer cut. What I got was a Poodle cut but not even a good one. The cuts were uneven everywhere and they cut my dogs very long eyelashes. A month later and we are still waiting for it to grow out so we can get a good Doodle cut on them. The price was definitely on the high end. I was shocked as reviews were good. I don’t know if they were trying out a new groomer or what? Awful job. We will not go back!

Ask for Angela!! She will give your dog a fantastic groom. Stopped in while she was grooming a dog. His look was so nice and the dog was calm.😊
