Sydnee's Pet Grooming

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service. Penelope was very nervous at first—crying and trying to get back to me—but the groomers were incredibly patient and calm with her. They took their time, comforted her, and completely turned her around. By the time she came out, she was relaxed and happy, and they handled her nail trim without any issues, which is rare for her. You can tell they truly love what they do. I’ll definitely be back and recommending them to everyone.

Sonia is so good. I brought in Darla and now my Grover. Both pretty hard for me to keep up on maintenance and she worked her magic. My cats were so good for her. They were so soft & clean. She’s amazing.

Angel did a great job on my tripod pup, Finley. He’s so handsome! He came out looking very happy and relaxed, he clearly loved his haircut. We couldn't be more glad! 🤍 thank you

Have been here multiple times for nail trimming services but will not return after today's negative experience: you don't tether my dog to a wall on a filthy floor, repeatedly reprimand her for not being compliant, trim her nails down to the quick (painful), and expect me to sit quietly in the waiting room listening to my dog yelp in pain. I demanded they stop and took her home and when I returned to complain, the manager gaslighted me as if I was making it up. Consider yourself warned West Sac residents

I brought my long haired cat in for grooming and a sanitary cut. I was nervous because I’ve never taken a cat in for grooming. But everything went well. Squirrel came home happy, smelling great and will have a much easier time keeping herself clean. I’m bringing another cat next week.
