We absolutely love this groomer. Renee has been grooming our dogs for years, and they adore her. We have a toy poodle and two very large poodle mixes, and they always leave happy and well cared for. She even groomed my best friend’s bulldogs today! Everyone at Pet Design truly loves animals, and it shows in the care they provide.

They are wonderful! Lulu Belle gets so excited every Friday morning for her bath and brush... that alone says how they treat your fur baby. I can't say enough nice things about Pet Design. Thank you for the wonderful spa days and the talented grooming that each of you do, whether it's a bath and brush or a full groom. You guys are the BEST! 🙂

I am so glad we found the team at Pet Design! When we walked in every groomer was quick to welcome us and make sure both of my dogs felt comfortable. They took the time to hear what concerns I had, and when I picked them up they were so handsome! This will definitely be our new home.

After a week of exploring Stanley Lake with my four month old cream golden retriever, he was a very dirty, sandy guy. These wonderful groomers at Pet Design were willing to do a bath and towel dry for him. Wonderful job! Very thorough, he is now his beautiful original self thanks to this wonderful grooming team.

Customer service was amazing, but the actual service was awful. I requested a bath and a brush for my two dogs (a lab and a heeler), and for some reason they shaved both dogs bellies. I am including a picture of my labs belly for reference. There was no reason to do this at all, plus it's super uneven. Why?? My heeler is usually a bit nervous about grooming but when I brought him home from pet design he cowered in the corner of a room for an hour. He's never done that before. This was my first and last visit. Paid $130 plus tip for the service. They only take cash or check. Honestly I should have known by the state of the entry area not to leave my dogs here. The place looks like it has never been cleaned and smells disgusting.

My labradoodle needed a haircut because he had some pretty bad matts in his hair. I took him here and told them to shave him down and get rid of the mats. I didn’t specify what cut I wanted, but they gave him a poodle cut to my dismay. I assumed that they would give him a doodle cut. It was not a bad poodle haircut, but he is not a poodle. He is a labradoodle. I would not recommend taking doodles here. ☹️

I tried taking my puppy to Petsmart for her first grooming and they couldn't cut her hair because she "wouldn't stop moving." When I brought her to Pet design Paige did a fantastic job and helped ease her into grooming. She always looks adorable after I bring her here and they put the cutest bows in her hair.
