PetSmart Grooming

We kept our dog for an overnight stay at this PetSmart PetsHotel. Upon check out we found a deep red wound underneath her thigh. They did something terrible to her and denied all knowledge of it! She couldn’t take the stairs or climb in the car, and slept all the time for a few days. Please don’t keep your pets here, who knows what goes on in the back! I had heard horror stories but when they happen to you, you know they are true and ongoing...

It was my first time My dog WiFi and I had ever been separated since I adopted him. My family and I had to leave town, so I had to board him for some time at the PetSmart Hotel for dogs. I wasn't the only one going through separation anxiety, he was too. Anyway PetSmart was very Kind and Patient with my dog. When we were reunited, we were happy to see each other . PS helped me when I needed them the most Thanks again

I love the customer service staff. Very friendly, helpful and love the pets they care for. I can always find what I need and if I need help, there is always someone around to assist. The Brandon and his staff in the pet grooming salon is awesome. My French Bulldog Cane comes out smelling fresh and clean and Cane is always more relaxed when I pick him up. Jackie in the pet training area is great and have taught us so much about how to understand and bond with our baby boy. Banfield Hospital vets and staff are awesome. I feel comfortable and safe bringing Cane to this store. I recommend them to everyone for your pet needs.

This was recommended from a friend, our two dogs seemed like they had a good time. My only complaint is the miscommunication of the fees . We told them the stay was for 2 dogs 3 nights and they give us a pricing based on that . However , when i picked our dogs up it was a different price (more ) and the excuse was price was per dog and it was a miscommunication .. we clearly stated we needed price for 2 dogs which she said yes i know. Point is be clear to them if you are boarding more than 1 dog and have them send a quote in writing. i gave 4 stars because our dogs seemed to be in good spirits on picking them up and that was most important to me. I will probably continue to board here if i need to but will definitely require written communication.

Benji & Biscuit enjoyed their stay. Benji's grooming came out wonderful but Biscuit's groom did not turn out as good. His face was not cut correctly, They left the hair around his neck due to him biting groomer:s hand. I will try to fix next week.

I was disappointed before but they have great groomer now. Thank you
