Petco Grooming

So I will say, we paid $120 for a full groom. Which is honestly very expensive, however I know my puppy is pretty squirmy & still learning, we did get extras added on & I requested a specific style. I would have to see our invoice to know the specific charges but he hasn’t looked this adorable before & they did a really good job. I think it only took 90 minutes so while I’m not sure the service was worth $120, the groomers don’t make a great salary as it is & have no control over pricing. Either way I am still very happy with the haircut & he seemed very pleased when we left.

The grooming itself was very nice, and I appreciate the quality of the work. However, the wait times have been consistently much longer than what I was told to expect. I was advised the appointment would take about two hours, but my first visit took three hours and the second took four. At the most recent appointment, my dog wasn’t even started until over two hours after drop-off, and this was only for a bath and nail trim. While the end result looked good, the amount of time spent waiting to pick him up just wasn’t worth it. Clearer communication and more accurate scheduling would make a big difference.

Our Chocolate Lab came home looking and smelling clean! Only thing is we didn't see much from the teeth brushing. Not sure if our lab was just not having or if it was done at all. There was not a paper copy given to us about services and comments from stylist like normal.

They did a amazing job with the haircut. Trim the nails but did not bust them.So they are still really sharp. They have always buffed them before for a perfect job. So i'm sure it was an accidental oversight.

I took my Siberian Husky in for a de-shedding shampoo and blow-out. He was long past-due in having this done. He did look and feel so much better when they were done. I feel like they should have spent a little more time getting his undercoat blown out. But, overall I was very pleased with the outcome. And, the price was almost half of what past groomers have charged me.

Kylee took great care of my stubborn pup. Rotor looked so good when I picked him up and he got the cutest bow tie! Ask for her when you schedule!

The groomers were very kind and professional with the exuberance of my young goldendoodle. The nail trim was quick and clean with no problems. I appreciated the work.
