Everyone was friendly and made my dog and me feel comfortable... Puppy smelled good and her fur was soft and she was very happy when they brought her to me... I'm sure I'll go there again... And I'm planning on getting a membership with them...
They took great care of my fur baby she is getting older and is no longer letting brush her at home with out a fight. They were patient and took their time with her to get her through the grooming. I am very grateful for them and there patience. We will definitely be going back

The groomers were fantastic and friendly. My puppy had a bad experience with nail trims at a previous groomer (at a different place). She had no issues. I do consider them reasonably priced too. I will be back.
I was honestly afraid because I've heard so many horror stories but I had an incredible experience with my double coated giant breed. The grooming department was very knowledgeable and walked me through what they normally do for my breed of dog and my options and asked what I was specifically looking for, and I got just that. I have a happy, clean, comfortable dog.
The grooming crew were so caring and loving for my little dog. She looked great and I did make a follow up appointment down the road. I've told several pet owners about the wonderful care for my pet.
Stylist did a great job on the grooming. Petco was trying to compete with Petsmart on grooming price. Instead of quoting the price of $57.99 they quote $52. and then add on 5.99 or 6.99 as a supplies charge which is dishonest.
