They treat your dog with care, I love our groomer and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Great space where you can view where your dog is being groomed. Friendly staff, my dogs always come home with a treat on the way out the door. I've never been disappointed with the grooming, care of my dogs or service.

I was very happy with Pristine Paws, overall they were very good to me and my pets. They would occasionally be rude but everyone has bad days. One day I took my 11yr. Old terrier, he's an old dog and ever since we got him he has always been afraid of the Vet and Goomer. He squirms around when he feels uncomfortable. So I've always been afraid of him getting hurt during the hair cut. When I pick him up from the groomer everything seemed fine, but later the day I saw that he was licking his testicles for long periods of time, longer than usual that is. I turned him around to see if anything was wrong and I saw that 80% of his testicles was completely red and swollen. Scared I took him to the veterinarian and the Dr. told me that he had razor blade burns not just on his testicles but all over his body. I was furious! I highly do not recommend this grooming shop. I can only imagine what my dog went through.

Love Tiana and her cozy shop! Have been taking my dogs to her for over 10 years! My dogs love going there and can't wait to get out of the car! The atmosphere with the huge fish tank and beautiful plants is warm and inviting! I highly recommend Pristine Paws! 😀

Owner was very friendly, loved all the plants in her shop and it looked very nice. ONLY works with small breeds, No medium or large. Small Dogs only, no cats

Tiana At Pristine Paws has done all our dogs since before she opened her own shop. It is obvious she loves dogs and loves what she does! Always friendly, always full of smiles. A wonderful groomer and person! Thanks for taking care of our dogs thru the years

The only groomer in all of Wichita that knows how to scissor any poodle clip perfectly every time. She has done every clip on my poodle from a summer clip with pom poms to a full show clip and he always look perfect. She is super gentle with the dogs and cares for them so well.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. At our last appointment for some reason when I arrived they seemed upset and acted like my dogs were terrible...since I've taken them there many times before and other places with no issues I kind of brushed it off as a bad day? I also give them baths at home in between deshedding treatments so it's not a process my dogs are unfamiliar with...I know dogs act differently with their owners but I genuinely believe if my dogs acted so "terribly" it's because they were uncomfortable with the people working on them. You would think after years of support to a small local grooming shop they would be a little more inclined to keep their customers. But apparently they dont value the people who give them business and have basically told me to find another groomer. Very frustrated that I supported this business for so long.
