The Dog Wash Spa

I used to enjoy coming here, but I swear it has gotten so bad with time. It’s probably not the Owner’s fault but I struggle today getting my dollar bills into the machine and by the time it took it it was too late because my time was out. But bills to coins machine was not working, and my dog had to leave fully wet, and I had to put him in my car like that. On top of that, Support sucks. I understand that it’s a self-serve but it’s just insane. This is not the first time I come and get my dollar bills taken. I would recommend washing your dog at home and saving your five dollars and stress. You don’t want to leave with a wet dog in your car. I should also add in that they advertise warm water, which is a lie. The water is cold. And the water pressure is terrible. You are 100 times better doing it at home.

Waste of $. Went to two different tubs and neither one of them had any soap. The second tub we used didn’t have any deodorizer either. Then tried to get dog treats while I was waiting on soap and it took my $ for that as well. Called the number and left a message but I assume nothing will get done about it. Will never go back!

Used to be our go to place for the winter wash. Took our big dogs there only to find out too late there was no warm water. Kept waiting for it to warm up and it did not happen. My daughter took hers another day and still no warm water. The price is good and the place was clean. Just be aware of the cold water at all stations

I've not been to one before, but it was very clean water was cool, not warm at all. Wasn't sure if there's a difference between rince, flea and tick, and conditioner because the color nor flow changed and I put it on my card and have zero idea how much it cost because it doesn't say anywhere. But I'm hoping it's not too terribly much.

Very convenient to have a place to raise my dog up to me rather than bent over and reaching at a bath tub. I did find the water pressure to be disappointingly low and didn't see any way to adjust temperature.

Do not sleep on this place! We have 4 Big doggos tried to go to Chuck and Dons but oh wait we needed an appt and they were full. Found this place was open til 11pm (it was 530pm on a Sunday). Got all 4 washed in 30mins for $20. Will definitely be back. 🙌 Especially recommend if you have kneed issues and hard to get down in a bathtub to wash the dogs.

I would rate this between I take my dog thr.oncw a week and water day warm but it usually cold maybe give it 5 stars if water was warm at least I been going her for 5 yrs would be nice to see some improvements to the place over all good place to take ur pet to wash
