Precious Paws Grooming

I love every single person that works at this place! They are so good to my little baby and I’ve never had him get excited before to go to the groomers. When I drop him off, he wants to go with them and he doesn’t even care that I’m there anymore because he’s so happy and they take such good care of him. Henry loves Precious Paws ❤️🐾

I had a great experience with this team today. They made us feel extra extraordinarily special from the moment that we walked in. I knew they would take great care of him, and I had no concerns with leaving him there. We’ve only had him for three weeks so he hasn’t been anywhere without us yet. Kelly was very welcoming and loving and Emma, I can’t say enough about her. She did an amazing job and she was very reassuring. You can tell this team has such a genuine love for their clients - pets and people. It was easy to schedule, great communication and they were able to see us quickly.

I was looking for a groomer and decided to try Precious Paws after reading all the great reviews. They were wonderful and so attentive to my pup’s needs. When I picked him up, he actually looked like he wanted to stay and play a bit longer, which says a lot. Kellie at the front desk was super sweet, and Emma took her time explaining everything about their process. Boozer came out looking absolutely adorable!

I'm so glad I chose to bring my elderly terriers to Precious Paws Gordon Road for nail trims! My pups aren't nervous, the groomers are very skilled and gentle with them. A totally no stress experience.

I will only go to Precious Paws moving forward! Fabulous, kind and spectacular service. I have a sweet and gentle but giant retriever. Recently, I had taken my retriever to another local business for a bath and nail trim - and that other business was not able to trim my dog’s nails. Precious Paws came to our rescue, they welcomed us in and were able to quickly remedy the incomplete work. My dog was loved on the whole time, the owner immediately set my dog at ease, and doggo left with perfectly trimmed nails and neatly trimmed off "Grinch fur". Every staff member I dealt with by phone, email, and in person was helpful and kind. Thank you, Precious Paws for saving the day - we will be back!

My two schnauzers were recently groomed by Paula and she did an incredible job on them! My husband and I absolutely love their new cuts and appreciate Paula’s attention to detail. When I brought my fur babies in for the first time, Paula really took the time to discuss a grooming plan with me, she made spot on suggestions, but most importantly, she sat down close to my dogs and patiently waited for them to warm up to her. I felt at ease leaving them in her care! I have to say that every person I encountered at Precious Paws was very welcoming and pleasant! I highly recommend!

We have been taking our dog Finn to Precious Paws for a little over two years. The ladies have always been kind, patient and treats Finn like their own. Could not ask for anything less than the best for our boy.
