The first time I came here, I took one of my dogs to Show Quality Grooming and my other dog somewhere else to kind of compare the two places and each place only had one opening that day. I love Show Quality and will always take my dogs here. I live on the other side of town but it's worth the drive. I believe it's family owned and you can tell they really care about their clients. They recently informed me that one of my dogs had dead fleas on them and whatever flea protection I was using is working. That is very reassuring considering I checked my dog over for fleas a few days prior and didn't see anything on her. So they were able to find what I couldn't. I love the bows they put on the ears. All over great place and highly recommend

My dog Summer loves Ms.Nicole. Marvin always has a treat for her. Summer is cut perfectly and she feels soft and looks good. She enjoys her spa days. Ms. Nicole has been grooming her for over 8 years now. I can't thank her enough for how she takes care of her. Best is when we go back, summer's tale is wagging away with a smile. Makes me feel comfortable. ☺️

From the beginning to end was such an amazing experience!!! With Nicole and her husband!!! Super sweet!!!! And they did exactly what I wanted!!! Today was our puppy’s first time getting groomed! As soon as he bought her out the door, my heart was so happy I couldn’t stop laughing and smiling!! My kids were so excited and thought they did an awesome job!! Thanks guys!! We are so amazed!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Nicole did amazing! We've had such a hard time finding a groomer that can groom our girl, especially her feet! If I could do more stars I would! We will definitely be back!!

Our first experience in March 2022 was pretty good. The man helping us was very kind and professional. Our second experience on 5/17/22 was traumatizing. I brought both my dogs to get their nails clipped. The business still won’t allow customers inside and ask that you call them when you arrive, I was greeted by a child that **dragged** my girls inside the building. My son and I waited outside for at least 40 minutes when another minor child walked out with just one of my dogs. She had fresh blood on her shirt and she showed me a nail and told me that after simply picking my dog up the nail fell off. She continued with the story saying how brave my dog was acting and how she was traumatized by the event all while my dog had a bloody paw and was visibly shaken. The girl also told me it took a long time for the bleeding to stop and that her mother suggested we "pack it with flour" if the bleeding continues while at home. Then the first minor that greeted us came outside with my second dog and waited for me to hand her payment. I just couldn’t believe that the owner hid behind her children and made the decision to not face her clients and admit the mistake. I understand things happen, not that I think nails just fall off and bleed profusely, but to not come outside and discuss the problem like an adult is not only unprofessional but proves poor character and is beyond cowardly.

Took my dog in for a summer cut and first time using their services. Researched and reviews appeared great. That was not our experience at all. They cut all four of my dog's nails WAY to low! Further, they did not bother to tell us. The next day all four of my sweet puppies feet were bleeding and I couldn't imagine how this would happen to all four of her feet! It is beyond upsetting! As to the haircut, they only trimmed and washed one of her ears (I had to trim and clean the other) and did not cut the hair on her belly at all. When I called today to let them know all of this, the guy did not express concern whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anybody!

These were, by far, the worst excuses for groomers that I have ever encountered in 50 plus years!!! They were rude, belligerent, and liars who stole my money!! I never had one groomer in eight years ever say my dogs were difficult to groom let alone not be able to groom or cut nails, express anal glands, or pluck ears!! In addition to his bullying and lying, he refused to answer the phone or let me wait inside!!! The price quoted was $70 per dog and even with the complete lack of professionalism and an incomplete and incompetent job, they decided to double their price to $140 per dog!!!! They had poor hygiene, dirty floors, and inability to handle two dogs in under 10 hours. Run, don’t walk, if you ever receive email or regular mail from this disreputable grooming debacle!!
