Diamond H Grooming

I had such an amazing first experience at Diamond H Grooming! This was my puppy’s very first grooming appointment and also my first time ever using a groomer, so I was a little nervous—but Amanda made everything so easy and stress-free from the start. The booking process was quick and simple, and she communicated right away, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. When we arrived, she took the time to go over everything with me again and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The space was clean, calm, and very welcoming, which meant a lot to me as a first-time pet mom. I also really appreciated the message she sent about 15 minutes before pickup with an update on how my puppy was doing—that level of communication is rare and so reassuring. When I picked him up, he looked amazing, smelled great, and most importantly, he seemed happy and relaxed. Amanda and her husband were both incredibly kind. You can truly tell they care about both the pets and their customers. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service are top-notch. I’ve already booked his next appointment and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer they can trust!

Very very happy with Albie’s new look. He absolutely hates for me to brush him at home, so Ive been looking for a groomer that works for us. This is the place!! Albie looked so happy and comfortable with them when i came to pick him up and they had him all soft and fluffy. genuinely very sweet owners and their attention to detail is refreshing. Can’t wait to schedule back!! (loving those fuzzy little paws)

Our handsome boy, Tito, a seven-year-old domestic longhair Cat, really enjoys being shaved close. He is much more affectionate and sweet when he’s been groomed. We just used Diamond H for the first time, and we are extremely pleased with the quality and attention of the grooming services they offer. Very reasonably priced, prompt, fast turnaround… They have an ideal location, central to a large area of the city. The owners are very pleasant and professional. Their facility has easy access, lots of parking, and is very clean and sanitary. Tito and I highly recommend Diamond H for your pet grooming needs.

This is the best hands down groomer anywhere in the Triad area. Amanda has been grooming Gigi for 5+ years. Amanda and James are the most loving and patient animal lovers I’ve ever meet. Gigi is so attached to both of them. Amanda’s grooming skills are top notch with an extra touch of love. Gigi always smells like Lavender when I pick her up from grooming. She’s excellent with dogs and cats both. Amanda’s prices for the excellent work she does is perfect. I’m attaching some of the beautiful grooming she does on my baby Gigi💕 Thank you Amanda and James for always making Gigi feel so comfortable and loved 🥰

Our 10 pound Cavapoo, (Gnocchi) has been twice so far, and our experiences with Amanda have been stellar! We are very grateful for for the customer service her and her husband give their clients and quality grooming our baby girl receives.

HUGE S/O to Amanda and James for getting my girl Coco right!! We took her to 2 places prior and they would not groom Coco due to aggression. I am very happy and think we have found Coco a grooming home. Thank you both!! Attached are 2 after and 1 before Picture of Coco!!

Absolutely wonderful! My Havanese was a huge mess and now, thanks to Amanda he’s gorgeous! He went in quite nervous but came home a beautiful calm boy. So glad I found Diamond H Grooming.
