PetSmart Grooming

I highly recommend Ashley for grooming…she did my golden doodle and it is honestly the best haircut he has ever had!

I tried to call simply to ask about recommendations on how to better prepare my puppy for when training starts and I couldn't say anything more than my pups age and breed before they hung up on me abruptly.

We took our not quite 2 year old Golden Retriever there today to be groomed. We got the basic $70. Package and decided to add the "deshedding" extra. They were very nice,and professional. Our total turned out to be $90. They said they couldn’t get everything because he wouldn’t sit still. He has never been to this place, so he was overly excited and clearly overwhelmed(not their fault)when we picked him up. My only complaint is that, even tho we paid for the extra package,on the 5 minute ride home, I was CAKED in fur. I ran my Furminator brush over him,and had to empty it multiple times,especially around his lower back. His ears were still greasy from his ear medication,so they couldn’t have been washed good. He is rambunctious,I’ll admit. But this definitely wasn’t worth $90. I’ll wait 8 weeks to get him to his normal groomer at his vet next time. He’s still handsome as ever, so we paid, and got the heck outta there.

ordered eight 35 lb buckets of Clumping Tidy Cats 24/7 litter, which I ordered PetSmarts online site. Black Friday the litter was on sale (store pick-up only) for only $9.99. went to this location and a very cool and friendly employee - Billy, loaded the litter on a flatbed and rolled them on to the car and helped me load all buckets in the trunck. he even suggested that I could come back if they all wouldn't fit - but they did that's to Billy's loaded skills. will definitely be returning. me and my kittes are happy. haha.

This PetSmart is highly unprofessional. Each time I have an appointment, they ask me to drop off my dog early, only to inform me upon arrival that they cannot perform the service. The first time, they booked my appointment immediately after I told them my dog had been vaccinated the day before. At check-in, they then stated that I had to wait two days due to the vaccination, contradicting their own scheduling. The second time, I only requested a brushing, but upon arrival, they claimed my dog had mats and needed a full groom. They canceled my appointment right at check-in and rescheduled it with a groomer. Today, I arrived only to have the appointment canceled again, and they advised me to go to a vet groomer instead. Additionally, their attitude is dismissive, always stating there is nothing they can do. This place has been a complete waste of my time.

The groomer who groomed my baby boy did a decent Job.(my problem is not with her) Feel as though the groom price was a little over priced for a basic bath, nail clipping, and trim around the eyes($71). Since it was his first time there they refused to do a full groom on him which was the main reason for me coming to get him groomed. And in 2 or 3 weeks I would basically have to come back to get him full groomed which is annoying. Because they could have just given him a full groom in the first place. Him being nervous as a predicted the first time would not change for the second time. Will just most likely take him else where because they wasted my time and my money. When they could have just done what was requested in the first place. 🙄

I booked an appointment to have my dog groomed last Sunday. We showed up for our appointment and nobody was there. The 3rd employee I spoke with was finally able to tell me the groomer hadn't shown up for the day. The manager was at the register next to her and he mentioned that they were supposed to have called me to cancel the appointment. I gave my name and number to the cashier and she said someone would be in contact to reschedule my appointment and I would reciece a discount for the inconvenience. Its now Thursday night and I haven't been called yet. I would love to review their services, but they clearly don't want my business. I will be finding another groomer.
