Pawsitive Evolution Pet Spa

I brought my dog here yesterday and Raye, (who I made my appointment with over the phone), greeted me at the front door and explained all they were going to do. She is very friendly, polite and asked me exactly what I wanted for my dog. I was told it would take 3-4 hours to do a full groom, and when I picked him up, my dog Buddy seemed so happy, his nails were perfect, he smelled great and he looked awesome. I rescued him less than 2 months ago, and he’s usually very nervous around new people or animals. He did great with them and didn’t seem afraid at all when I got him. They are very attentive here. I would give them (and Raye) 6 stars if possible. I couldn’t be more happy with Buddy’s whole experience and mine as well. Thanks so much.

We were visiting the area for Christmas and we wanted our pup to get a spa day while we went on a boat tour she could not join us on - this place s FABULOUS! Their team is excellent, and unlike some groomers - our pup was actually happy to stay there!! (Can't ask for a better recommendation than that!)

Are you looking for a QUALITY groomer? One who treats every dog like her own? Does incredible work? Considers her clients and communicates better than any business I’ve worked with? Jess is your girl. Jess was recommended to me by my previous groomer after her move, and I am so grateful for this refrence. We’ve only been once, but due to Jess’s enthusiasm, skillset, and professionalism, I will be continuing to go as long as I’m in Orlando. She puts 100% into her business and it shows. Ps: she does do cat grooming.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! We have been going to Jess for almost 2 years and I could not speak more highly of her and her team! We rescued our golden doodle when he was a little under 1 year old. He was filthy, matted, and scared (see first picture). Jess and the team have not only gained his trust and confidence but they have worked with him and loved him so well that he is now SO excited to go to the groomer. He starts whining and wagging his tail in the car nearly a mile out because he can't wait! Needless to say they also do a phenomenal job grooming him! WE LOVE JESS AND THE WHOLE PAWSITIVE TEAM 🐾🫶🏻🐩

I brought my dogs here after having a traumatic experience at Petco. They had been to two other groomers also. One day both my dogs were terrified to go back and they labeled my dogs as Difficult. Both my dogs had a great time with Pawsitive. And my golden usually smells bad in a day but after 2 weeks, he is still smelling so good. And his hair is so silky and smooth. They really took the time to care for my dogs and sit down and talk with me. I really felt that they loved my dogs already. I will definitely return.

Jess has been grooming my pom for over 4 years and the only person I trust. She’s truly a hard worker and has a incredible eye for detail. 10/10 would recommend.

My fur baby, Elly, and I had a horrible experience with another groomer. I never thought I would be able to get her groomed again. But, the first time we walked into Pawsitive Evolution, Elly and I felt comfortable. We have been going there for awhile now. She loves it. Jess has worked patiently with her, Elly, is only year, so young and a bad experience , I was worried. But with Jess I had no reason to be. Elly looks beautiful and is honestly smiling when I go to pick her up. She sometimes doesn’t want to leave. I will Never go to any other place or groomer. 💞
