I had the worst experience here. Brought my Havanese Poodle in for a full grooming and when I picked him up I couldn’t recognize him to the point where I didn’t even think he was mine. They completely shaved him!! He was in tears and shaking when I picked him up. The lady told me they would call me once he’s ready to be picked up and will take close to 2 hours. I got a call in less than an hour to pick him up which means they probably just rushed everything. I am so disappointed in the service and quality of their work. How do you shave someone’s dog without even letting the owner know. I’ve posted pictures from before and after and it breaks my heart to see my puppy look like this. He looks like a completely different dog now.

Took our puppy to this grooming place! There is parking, so that’s very convenient! Called in and made An appointment over the phone, that’s very convenient, phone lady was super nice and explained everything to me, how usually the process goes! The place inside is so colorful and clean! They have everything for your pet! Since I took the puppy to grooming first time, I stayed a little to watch the process & then left outside, I received a call when she was ready for pick up! The workers at golden Paw are very polite! They took good care of our little one! They know how to work with dogs. This is definitely my go to place from now on! At the end they gave Rosie and bow and she was so happy and excited! I think she will enjoy grooming process every time! Worth the price! Easy and fast !!! Thank you Golden Paw Crew 😇

my first time there ever and my husky’s first time getting bath and nails cut . They were so patient with him and even though he was not on his best behavior they did an amazing job! Both my dogs smell so yummy & were groomed so well. Will most certainly be making other appointments ! highly recommended !

I have a pretty feisty little Chihuahua and he doesn't really trust most people lol so I was worried 😮‍💨 but they handled him gently and he came back looking perfect 🙂 Great service and friendly staff. Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️
