Zee always go over and beyond for my pets. I only go to her because she has never failed my fur babies! She is so sweet and will come in early or even stay later to accommodate your pet. Diesel and Kream love Z!

Ask for Erin or Jenny ONLY, we made the mistake in trying a new groomer. My puppy was held for 5+ hours because he wasn’t cooperating. I would have rather received a call explaining that instead of holding him for so long. They weren’t going to let us know until we called them to get an update. Poor communication

Never again! This is the second time in 2 years that I take my dog there and ask for a puppy cut and this is what we get. This is horrendous! Every time I bring him home I have to fix the disastrous haircut he's getting there. Make sure you ask for someone that knows how to trim a Yorkie.

A place that can't even cut my dog's nail yet, how can they shave our dog? Very bad. Employees are completely ignorant. I took my dog's for nail cut and the blood didn't stop for 30 minutes. They just said oh I am sorry. What if it was worse? What if he caught the germ? Never go

We had a great grooming. My dog was behind on her grooming schedule and was a lot of work and they did a great job!

This place is awful. Don’t take your pet here to get groomed. Poor communication!

I went in to inquire about cat grooming and the girl up front was nice and explaining to me the prices, i overheard one groomer get irate with a dog telling it to shut up and was kind of rough. needless to say i did NOT make an appointment. i can’t believe i even witnessed that. you can’t leave your pets with just anyone.
